Chii is the twin sister of Mihara Freya, younger by only a few minutes, but a year behind in school after an accident at age sixteen that left her with retrograde amnesia. Three years later, she remembers a little of her life before the accident, but is mostly content with just making new memories. She had to learn to talk again after the accident, and apparently latched on to her nickname of "Chobi"; she refered to herself as "Chii" and the nickname stuck.
When Freya left for college, Chii wasn't sure if she was ready to leave home herself yet, but soon she missed her sister so much she decided to follow, so she enrolled at Cross as a freshman.
Chii's a very cheerful girl and always tries to be polite, but she still hasn't quite relearned all the little rules of socialization. Mostly, if she does anything wrong it's asking too many questions. As a new student, Chii's likely to sound like a four-year-old at first as she tries to pick up everything she needs to know about the campus!
